About Joe Fischer
Joe Fischer is a photography instructor who teaches in some of the world’s top birding and undersea locations. Since 1996, he’s traveled to 17 countries building a unique experience in oceans, jungles and landscapes. His expertise centers on birds, wildlife and nature as he is an outdoor enthusiast and adventurer at heart. Joe welcomes all participants, united by a shared passion for photography. He helps professionals improve while giving beginners the support they need to progress quickly.
Photography tours offer a unique opportunity for those wanting to create in the outdoors. With a strong focus on the outdoors and nature, Joe is a natural at leading bird photography, wildlife, and night photography tours. Borrowing skills he uses underwater, he is also a master of camera skill son land. One of his specialties is light painting where he combines landscapes with the Milky Way Galaxy. When leading tours his focus shifts to birds, macro, and wildlife in their natural habitats.

Joe began his diving journey as a NAUI Scuba Instructor at a university and later became a PADI Underwater Photography Instructor. With extensive experience in teaching, he excels in underwater video and photography. His background as a dive instructor helps people feel comfortable in the water with cameras while creating stunning displays of marine life.
